    The location was unbeatable and pleasant, a 10-15 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly. I really enjoyed the fairly nice area: there was the train station walk from the hotel. The breakfast was generous and included.

    Quirky hotel

    Outstandingly accommodating staff. Incredible location near the railway station.- Room had storage, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi.- Reasonably priced full English breakfast was great value.- Truly enjoyed the whole experience

    The location is unbeatable. Right in downtown Manchester. At Piccadilly Garden. The shops and Arndale shopping center are less than a 5-minute walk away. Public transport also leaves virtually from the front door.

    I booked a premium room and only got a normal room. The heating didn't really work and the power connections were not easy to reach.
